The Role:

We’ve had over 25 years’ experience of hiring and developing subject matter experts in the area of IT Service Management, ITAM, SAM, IT Project Management, Information Security and IT Governance.

Are you a proven, successful IT recruitment consultant and business developer with a track record of billing? We are looking for an experienced IT recruitment consultant who is able to match the needs of our clients and candidates, whilst providing quality, tailored recruitment services and meeting individual revenue targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing new client business through a structured and consultative business development approach
  • Manage, nurture and build relationships
  • Source the most suitable applicants, interviewing them and assessing their knowledge and skill level
  • Build strong relationships with all relevant applicants
  • Develop industry/sector/subject matter expertise
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation
  • Gravitas to liaise with C-level executives operating in large, international blue chip organisations
  • Maintain and expand the Pink Associate network
  • Liaise with Associates of Pink Elephant when required as a delivery resource


  • At least 3 years of IT recruitment consultant experience
  • A current track record of working as a 360 (Technical) Recruiter
  • Experience of mentoring other Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants is desirable as you will have the opportunity to build a team around you
  • Proven track record of billings & stability
  • Proven ability to build & develop client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Gifted in effectively screening candidates to differentiate between those who are qualified and those who are not
  • Accomplished in sourcing passive candidates who are not on the open market
  • Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated to succeed in sales where you are measured on results

  • Degree or relevant qualifications
  • Experience in dealing with ITSM frameworks
