2nd Level Support Desk Analyst – Birmingham

Role: 2nd level Support desk analyst

Location: Birmingham

Start date: As soon as possible

Day Rate: £120-£140

The Role

We require proficient and strong-minded individuals to work within our expanding team of technology analysts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in an IT Support/ Service Desk environment to provide high-quality support in a customer focused role. The applicant must be able to display an infectious Customer Service attitude, and ideally have a good knowledge of ITIL. He or she will be required to perform job duties form the first day therefore previous job experience, excellent communication skill and attention to detail is a must. Good spoken and written English is essential.

Responsibilities and Activities:

  • MS Office Suite 2003, 2007 and 2010
  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP and 7
  • Exchange Server
  • Printers Setup and Maintenance
  • Ensure that internal SLA`s and ITIL processes are followed

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Previous IT Support experience
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange Server
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • MS Certification
  • ITIL Awareness
  • IT related degree
  • Project Management qualification is desirable
